WATCH: People say if they think children should go trick-or-treating | Beat On The Street #1

This Halloween, Diverge Media decided to go out and ask people of the Kitchener-Waterloo region whether they think children should still be allowed to go trick-or-treating despite government officials telling people to do otherwise.

While many said it was okay, as long as you were safe about it, others said they weren’t taking their kids trick-or-treating this Halloween (we were told by some off camera).

We were able to get two interviews in the course of a couple hours — it was quite difficult to find people willing to go on camera.

The goal of this new segment is to get an idea of what people are thinking about various topics while simultaneously questioning why they think that way.
