An Ontario resident has started a proposed class action in Quebec against Montreal-based company MindGeek alleging that it has profited off of child sexual abuse material and non-consensual content since as far back as 2007.

Two million strong — petition seeks to shut down Pornhub
Pornhub generates over 42 billion visits to its site annually and has no safe guards to protect vulnerable women and children against being exploited for profit.
This is one of the many reasons why Laila Mickelwait has founded a petition to shut it down and it has gathered over two million signatures.
