VIDEO: Trinity Bible Chapel Pastor Jacob Reaume’s speech at No More Lockdowns Waterloo

By: Broderick Visser

On May 9, 2021, crowds gathered at Waterloo Town Square to protest the lockdown and restrictions placed upon Canadians. Pastor Jacob Reaume, a man who has been in the news quite often, spoke at the event — telling the crowds his church is “liable for $50 Million in fines.”

Mr. Reaume says he’s liable for up to $900,000 in fines and up to nine years in jail.

“For opening the church — can you believe this? What happened to this country?”

Jacob Reaume, Pastor at Trinity Bible Chapel

Reaume explained how this happened to our country and it wasn’t just because of Trudeau — he says it happened the day Canada “decided to reject the law of God.”

“When this virus first landed on our shore — I quoted a bible verse to my church before we were forced to shut down — and the bible verse is this; ‘Do not trust in princes’ and the son of men in whom there is no salvation,'” said Pastor Reaume.

Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

Psalms 146:3 KJV

“Here’s why I told our church that. Because it is an ancient trick of the government to capitalize on a crisis. It’s ancient, it’s in The Bible, it’s all through the scriptures. To capitalize on a crisis so that the people cry out in salvation.”

“You know what The Bible says? The mercy of the wicked is cruel and the mercy of this government is cruel — how many lives have they destroyed in the name of mercy? The mercy of the wicked is absolutely ruthless. We are seeing that play out right before us,” he said.

The mercy of the wicked is cruel and the mercy of this government is cruel – how many lives have they destroyed in the name of mercy?

We are all wondering what the heck is going on … but do you want to know where the problem started? It started a long time ago when this country decided to reject the law of God. That’s where it started.”
