Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada, Richard Wagner was the opening speaker at the Centre For International Sustainable Development Law (CISDL) for their 2020 Hon Justice CD Gonthier Memorial Lecture titled “Human Rights, the Sustainable Development Goals & the Law”.

Lines showing +1 standard deviation (yellow line) and +2 standard deviations (maroon line) for the 2018 and 2019 data are also shown for comparison.
