The New Blue Ontario Party – The “David-Like” Party Taking On All the Goliaths

Jim Karahalios says that he always knew this was going to be a “long term project” that there are “no quick fixes” in our current political malaise.  He is pleased that New Blue’s grassroots strategy has paid off and they have achieved their goals of having a constituency association and viable candidate in every one of the 124 ridings, have grown awareness and are making headway in challenging the legacy party narrative.

I could hear the exhaustion and hope in his voice when he told me that “Things are looking good on the ground.  Support keeps growing across the province and I think that we are competitive.”

Canada to give up health sovereignty to unelected W.H.O? W.H.O to make global pandemic treaty with 190 nations

So, when reading between the lines, we can see that the treaty will be legally binding and enforce compliance with health responses through a regular review process. This means if Canada signs the treaty we will be forced to provide details of our health systems and our people to an unelected outside regulatory body that will no longer be an outside regulatory body if this treaty is adopted as planned.

Perhaps this sounds a bit extreme – but this is exactly what Health Ministers from around the world are calling for. In fact, the Ministers writing in the BMJ wrote that “we need to share data, samples, technologies, and benefits.” They write that “a new instrument could potentially include a multilateral framework for sharing surveillance and monitoring data, genetic data and pathogens.” In essence, if the Ministers get their way, it sounds like the COVID nanny state the world has become accustomed to will be here to stay forever.

More gun-control laws coming into effect for Canadians – Despite Liberals failed gun safety record

It shouldn’t be surprising to Canadians that the Liberal Party has continued to double down on their failed gun-control measures.

Especially when you consider that they brought representatives from what I would deem gun-control extremist groups to be present for the announcement.

The Coalition for Gun Control group for instance, has a whole page of myths and facts that attack law-abiding gun owners while offering up zero – I repeat zero links to any supporting evidence. You would think if you were making statements like “there are higher rates of gun death and injury in rural areas because of the higher rates of gun ownership” the least you would do in support of your argument is offer a link to an article or perhaps even better – an official government report.
