Denis Randcourt is also a member scientist of PANDA which says that they consider explanations that allow them to count the human costs of COVID-19 globally.

“Respectfully sir, I believe your government is overstepping its bounds and setting a dangerous precedent. No Canadian should ever be prevented from entering their own home. That type of control is not indicative of a free and democratic society. As such, I strongly advise against mandating hotel quarantines for returning Canadians.”

The letter also points to a study from the JAMA network that showed the mortality of those mechanically ventilated that aged 18-65 and older than 65 was “76.4% and 97.2%, respectively.” That means that those aged over 65 in the study had a 97 percent likelihood of dying from the treatment for Covid – comforting.
