STALEY: The playbook — understanding the mechanisms of control being used during COVID

Staley writes:

“So who will answer the call? Who will have the courage to stand — even when people rise up against them? The blunt truth of the matter is this — the future of our nations depends on our collective actions today. We must stand together and especially behind those intellectuals who beckon the call to speak up about the truth and demand accountability from those in power.”

Staley: Life is full of surprises – I get a text message from my brother in California and 15 minutes later I find myself asking questions to bestselling Conservative author and radio host Todd Starnes. VISSER: COVID restrictions are toying with the futures of students and young adults

Diverge writer, Broderick Visser argues that COVID restrictions are toying with the futures and lifestyles of young Canadians who are “sowing the seeds that will impact the rest of their lives.”

We have rights – time to exercise them

Staley: “So if I’m understanding this correctly, everything they’re telling us is “mandatory” and “law” is still subject to the Canadian Bill of Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms?”

STALEY: Ford cites hypothetical predictions — tries to justify possibility of second lockdown

At a Ford Government livestream, Dr. Yaffi put forward three predictions about a second wave.

Diverge Columnist, Greg Staley combats those predictions saying:

“Mr. Ford wants Ontarians to focus only on prediction 1 – then he wants you to forget its not based in hard facts but is a modelling prediction.

Why is it that Ford and governments all around the world keep pointing to models?

Is it possible they point to models precisely because they aren’t accurate?

Is it possible that they prefer models to real data because models allow them to fear-monger the masses?

STALEY: Everything wrong with mandatory masks

I can personally confirm stories of people who aren’t fit to wear a mask, but still dawn the mask. Why not just get an exemption you say? The toxic environment that has been created around the mandatory mask has many too afraid to speak out. They don’t want to seek an exemption they are able to obtain out of fear of the reprobation that will come with exposing their naked face to the masses.

Who cares what the models say Doug!

Diverge Writer, Greg Staley deep dives into various COVID topics arguing Who cares what the models say Doug!

“Let us remind you that it is only models that declare asymptomatic people can spread the virus at a high and efficient rate, while in reality the actual known studies show asymptomatic spread to be very rare — at less than five to 10 per cent spread.

Now we must ask dare I say it, a logical question in regards to this — Why is our government focusing in on the smallest part responsible for public outbreaks of COVID and other respiratory illnesses?

One word — fear.”
